Cornerstone investment in a Private Equity fund
BPA led the business due diligence and commercial negotiations of a cornerstone investment to a first-time private equity fund.
On behalf of an institutional investor, BPA diligenced the investment and negotiated and secured preferential terms. BPA also supported the client with the execution of a meaningful co-investment opportunity that arose as part of the process.
Development and cornerstone investment in an Impact Fund
Representing a cornerstone institutional investor, BPA worked in partnership with the UK Department of Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to develop a venture capital fund focused on facilitating the Green Economic Transition.
Fundraising for an Impact Fund
BPA worked with a new venture capital fund to raise capital commitments for an impact venture capital fund focused on backing under-represented entrepreneurs in Tech, Media, Healthcare & Lifestyle. BPA introduced leading US endowment funds, as well as European family office investors.
